Laimoon inside From Here On Food Hall

Laimoon, Arabic for “lemon,” serves vibrant, fresh, and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. Chef Brandon Dumot and partner Jasmin Spilotro recently launched Laimoon by hosting pop-ups in Chicago. However, Chef Brandon began his culinary journey years ago, working in Michelin-starred restaurants across the country. He combines inspiration from his Middle Eastern upbringing with modern techniques to create fresh takes on bowls and burgers, as well as fan favorites such as creamy hummus, crispy falafel, and mouthwatering chicken shawarma.
