Paper Plane Pizza was created by long-time industry vets and pizza lovers Dustin Drankiewicz & Milos Stevanovic. The brand took flight in 2020 by showcasing its “broad shoulders style” pizza as a Chicago Pop Up & Food Truck. The unique style is a mash-up of that familiar New York slice & classic Neapolitan preparation. What was supposed to be just a 90-day run became a successful pop-up that garnered some attention with nods like  “Best Pop Up”  & “Best New Slice” and was extended twice.

With the Milwaukee footprint now growing, Dustin & Milos decided it was time to team up with the 16” On Center team to bring their “classic yet modern pizzeria & slice shop" & baked goods to From Here On Food Hall located inside Chicago’s Old Post Office.
